Growing up in an Australian ski resort, David dreamed of touring the world as a ski instructor—but his imagination would take him down a different path. In 2006, dissatisfied with helping other companies flourish, he launched Leadz in New York City. Over the course of his career, David has received an embarrassment of personal accolades, but he’s much happier discussing his family, sports or anything Australian.

Dan has nearly 20 years of industry experience at a wide range of agencies, and he feels lucky to have worked closely with many advertising luminaries, including the Kool-Aid Man and the Trix Rabbit. He joined Leadz in 2013 and has held the roles of Group Account Director, Head of Account Management, Managing Director and President. In his current role as Chief Executive Officer, Dan is responsible for overseeing client relationships and business operations for Leadz New York, leading the agency’s growth with new capabilities as part of Accenture Song and evolving best practices across the agency.
